/We have read the rules and regulations for private use of the clubhouse and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I/We agree to assume full responsibility for the clubhouse during the rental period stated above. I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CSA for any damage incurred as a result of use of the clubhouse by me or my guests.

I/We understand that a total payment of $100.00 is required, which includes a non-refundable $50.00 rental and cleaning fee and a $50.00 security deposit.

If the renter is a tenant, I/We understand that owner verification and approval are required, and the homeowner must sign this agreement acknowledging responsibility for the rental.
